Countryside offers an array of doggie “digs” and kitty “crash pads” to suit your pet’s needs. Whether you’re going away on a long business trip or for a quick weekend getaway, you can rest easy knowing your pet will be cared for like they are one of our own.
Boarding Requirements
We require all owners ensure that Countryside has proof of current vaccination history, including Bordetella for dogs, and we strongly encourage the vaccination against Feline Leukemia for cats. The use of a flea/tick/Heartworm product is also highly recommended. It is preferable, for Countryside to have your proof of vaccination prior to your stay.
Please bring your pet’s regular diet to help prevent digestive upset during their stay.
We will not give natural bones or any other treat or toy that your pet could crack, splinter or bite a piece off and ingest while staying at Countryside.

To maintain your dog’s routine, we schedule their private feeding according to your personal preference. It is in your pet’s best interest to have little to no variation in their diet during their stay, so we recommend you provide their regular diet for the duration of their visit. If you would like a special treat for your pooch, we offer Pup Pops (frozen yogurt, peanut butter treats - $4 each) and Stuffed Kongs (filled with poultry and vegetables - $4, $5, $6). Your dog will also be given a stainless-steel water bowl that our team ensures are filled regularly throughout the day.

Included in every cat boarding experience is access to the Kitty Maze and Kitty Gym. For at least an hour a day, your cat will have private use to wander through the Kitty Maze (a series of tunnels, both open and enclosed, where they can explore their surroundings) they can climb, perch and play on the Kitty Gym; or just enjoy exploring the cat boarding space.
Our staff regularly interacts with your cat while they board at Countryside, but if you would like a little extra one-on-one care, you can add a Hugs & Kisses session to your cat’s stay. For 30 minutes, our team will play, cuddle, brush or pet your cat. You know your cat the best, so let us know how you would like them to spend this special time and our pet carers will make sure they get some extra hugs and kisses.

I have NEVER experienced any bad episodes. I have done the tour of countryside and happy
